La incertidumbre sobre c\u00f3mo organizarse, qu\u00e9 contenido priorizar o simplemente por d\u00f3nde empezar puede derivar en episodios de frustraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p><strong>Estrategias clave para el \u00e9xito acad\u00e9mico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde la <strong><a class=\"icon-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.urjc2030.es\/prus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oficina de Universidad Saludable<\/a><\/strong> de la URJC comparten una serie de <strong><a class=\"icon-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.urjc2030.es\/prus\/recursos\/#autocuidado-examenes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consejos pr\u00e1cticos<\/a><\/strong> como priorizar el autocuidado, \u201cla salud y el aprendizaje est\u00e1n directamente conectados\u201d, por otro lado, destacan que tomar descansos efectivos es muy beneficioso a la hora de estudiar, \u201cpausas cortas durante las sesiones de estudio ayudan a mantener la concentraci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Espacios que favorecen el estudio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un entorno adecuado puede marcar la diferencia. Seg\u00fan la Oficina, es importante buscar lugares libres de ruido y distracciones. Si no es posible, recomiendan utilizar tapones para los o\u00eddos o comunicar a quienes comparten el espacio que necesitas tranquilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, sugieren cuidar detalles como la temperatura, la iluminaci\u00f3n y la postura. Estudiar en un lugar fresco, bien iluminado y con mobiliario c\u00f3modo previene el cansancio f\u00edsico y favorece la concentraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9todos de estudio seg\u00fan el tipo de examen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No todas las materias ni ex\u00e1menes requieren el mismo enfoque. Para pruebas de desarrollo, se aconseja hacer res\u00famenes y centrarse en comprender los conceptos principales. Por otro lado, para ex\u00e1menes tipo test, trabajar con esquemas e ideas clave puede ser m\u00e1s efectivo, ya que este formato prioriza el reconocimiento de informaci\u00f3n. Independientemente del m\u00e9todo, escribir a mano res\u00famenes y esquemas facilita la asimilaci\u00f3n, siendo m\u00e1s efectivo que leer exclusivamente desde pantallas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo gestionar la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl estr\u00e9s moderado puede ser \u00fatil para mantenernos enfocados, pero si no lo gestionamos, puede convertirse en un problema\u201d, advierten desde la Oficina. Entre las t\u00e9cnicas recomendadas est\u00e1n hacer ejercicio para liberar tensi\u00f3n, identificar pensamientos negativos y sustituirlos por afirmaciones realistas como \u201cestoy dando lo mejor de m\u00ed\u201d.
