En este contexto, la Oficina Universidad Saludable recuerda la importancia de incorporar rutinas saludables que no solo deben activarse cuando los ex\u00e1menes est\u00e1n pr\u00f3ximos, sino a lo largo de todo el curso acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<p>Con este objetivo, ofrece diversas actividades formativas relacionadas con t\u00e9cnicas de estudio, gesti\u00f3n emocional y h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables, orientadas a mejorar el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico y el bienestar personal. Estas iniciativas se complementan con recursos digitales disponibles en la web institucional, entre ellos v\u00eddeos con pautas y recomendaciones pr\u00e1cticas para afrontar de manera m\u00e1s eficaz el periodo de ex\u00e1menes, accesibles en su <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.urjc2030.es\/prus\/recursos\/#autocuidado-examenes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e1gina web<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los consejos b\u00e1sicos que se destacan desde el servicio se encuentra la importancia de cuidar el descanso y la alimentaci\u00f3n, planificar adecuadamente las jornadas de estudio en funci\u00f3n de los momentos de mayor energ\u00eda y reducir los distractores habituales, como el uso del m\u00f3vil o las redes sociales. Asimismo, se recomienda realizar pausas breves pero reparadoras, prestar atenci\u00f3n a las emociones y canalizar el malestar que puede aparecer en esta etapa.<\/p>\n<p>La respiraci\u00f3n lenta y consciente, la pr\u00e1ctica regular de actividad f\u00edsica y el cuidado del entorno de estudio \u2014minimizando ruidos, manteniendo una buena iluminaci\u00f3n y una postura adecuada\u2014 son otras de las estrategias se\u00f1aladas para favorecer la concentraci\u00f3n y el equilibrio emocional.
