En este curso te ofrecemos propuestas para gestionar la diversidad LGBTI+ con el fin de evitar la discriminaci\u00f3n por orientaci\u00f3n sexual, expresi\u00f3n o identidad de g\u00e9nero, abrazar la diversidad y crear espacios inclusivos y diversos que favorezcan la atracci\u00f3n de talento y el respeto de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>El curso ofrece un acercamiento a la diversidad sexual y de identidad de g\u00e9nero en los \u00e1mbitos laborales que aportan las personas lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, trans y otras realidades sexogen\u00e9ricas no mayoritarias (LGBTI+). Se aborda el riesgo de discriminaci\u00f3n que sufren estas personas en forma de prejuicios sexogen\u00e9ricos y se analizan los retos espec\u00edficos que enfrentan en el \u00e1mbito laboral, como acceso al empleo, promoci\u00f3n, remuneraci\u00f3n, despido, acoso y victimizaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se revisan las propuestas de organismos internacionales y el papel de los sindicatos en la defensa de sus derechos laborales. Adem\u00e1s, se estudia c\u00f3mo gestionar la diversidad sexual y de identidad de g\u00e9nero en las organizaciones y empresas, con pautas para crear una estrategia corporativa de diversidad, equidad e inclusi\u00f3n (DEI) que permita la visibilidad, la igualdad y la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de las personas LGBTI+ y se ofrecen ejemplos de casos de \u00e9xito.
