Fundación ONCE has announced the opening of the call for applications for the 6th edition of the Radia Programme, a digital technology training initiative aimed at women with disabilities who wish to develop professionally within the technology sector.
What does the Radia Programme consist of?
The Radia Programme aims to improve the employability of women with disabilities within a labour market that demands digital skills and is committed to diverse teams. Through specialised training, it seeks to foster their inclusion in digital work environments and increase their representation in technological fields.
Target Audience
The call is aimed at women who meet the following requirements:
- Identify as a woman.
- Hold an officially recognised disability of 33% or higher.
- Hold a university degree or an advanced vocational training qualification.
- Be available to attend online masterclasses between October and December 2025.
- Be able to travel to Madrid to complete up to four in-person sessions per year (usually two). Any absences must be duly justified and communicated in advance.
Registration
The registration period will remain open from 11 June to 24 July 2025 (until midnight, peninsular Spanish time). Interested candidates must complete the form available at the following link: Registration Form – 6th Edition
