The Community of Madrid has opened the correction period for submitting required documentation for financial aid aimed at university and higher arts education students with disabilities. The period will run from May 22 to June 4, 2025.
This financial aid is intended to support students with physical, intellectual, or sensory disabilities—with a legally recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%—who are pursuing official studies at universities in the Community of Madrid, in affiliated centers located in this region, or in higher arts education institutions.
Academic Requirements
Students must be enrolled in the 2024–2025 academic year in one of the following programs:
- University Bachelor's and Master's degrees adapted to the European Higher Education Area.
- Legacy official degree titles: Licenciado, Ingeniero, Arquitecto, Diplomado, Maestro, Ingeniero Técnico, and Arquitecto Técnico.
- Bridging courses (complementos de formación) required to access Master's programs or continue Licenciatura studies.
- Higher arts education leading to Titulado Superior or Master's degrees.
- Arts education regulated by Organic Law 1/1990, of October 3.
Minimum Credits According to Degree of Disability
Students must be enrolled in a minimum number of credits according to their degree of disability:
- From 33% to 49%: at least 30 credits.
- From 50% to 70%: at least 20 credits.
- Over 70%: at least 10 credits.
Submission of Corrections
Pending documentation must be submitted via the online service at https://sede.comunidad.madrid/ayudas-becas-subvenciones/becas-estudiantes-discapacidad-24-25, linking the files to the reference number of the application already submitted.
For those choosing to send the correction by postal mail, the documentation must be presented in an unsealed envelope at a post office, where the header of the form will be stamped as proof of submission.
