This initiative, which will take place from July 5 to 23, is promoted by the company ACCIONA and FUNDACIÓN ONCE. The programme marks its fourth edition with the goal of providing young people in their final university years with a first contact with the professional world.
Through this training programme, selected students will learn intensively about how a global company operates, leadership, and the most effective techniques for presenting new ideas and initiatives.
During the training, various activities will be carried out, all in an online format. Students will take part in skills workshops, networking with various professionals, teamwork on diverse challenges, and a real company case study. In addition, essential tools will be presented to develop communication and collaborative skills, change management, and to strengthen the ability to influence.
To be eligible for this training programme, promoted by ACCIONA AND FUNDACIÓN ONCE, applicants must be university students with disabilities, enrolled in the 3rd year of an undergraduate degree or the 1st year of a master's degree, with an intermediate level of English.
