This initiative, which will take place from July 5 to 23, is sponsored by ACCIONA and FUNDACIÓN ONCE. The program is now in its fourth year and aims to provide young people in their final years of college with their first exposure to the professional world.
Through this training program, the selected students will undergo intensive training on how a global company operates, leadership, and the most effective techniques for presenting new ideas and initiatives.
Throughout the training program, various activities will be conducted, all online. Students will participate in workshops focused on skills development, networking with various professionals, teamwork on different challenges, and a real-world case study from the company. In addition, the program will introduce the tools needed to develop communication and collaboration skills, manage change, and strengthen the ability to influence others.
To be eligible for this training program, sponsored by ACCIONA and FUNDACIÓN ONCE, applicants must be college students with disabilities who are in their third year of an undergraduate program or first year of a master’s program and have an intermediate level of English.
