Radia is a technology training programme aimed at female university students with disabilities, led by the ONCE Foundation in collaboration with the Social Council of Spanish Universities, the CEOE Foundation, and INDRA.
This programme contributes to reducing the gender and disability technology gap, enabling more women to pursue STEM careers.
