Students with a recognized disability of more than 33% who are enrolled in universities or higher arts education centers in the Community of Madrid may apply for scholarships for the 2020-2021 academic year, the regulatory terms of which are already published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid of May 7,
Grants will be awarded based on the applicant's degree of disability until the total funding allocated to this call is fully disbursed. The total budget allocated for these scholarships is €300,000.
The scholarship amount will thus be calculated by multiplying the degree of disability by the corresponding multiplier coefficient. Consequently, for individuals with a recognized disability between 33% and 49%, both inclusive, the multiplier coefficient will be 10 euros. Percentages between 55% and 70% disability, both inclusive, will be multiplied by 12 euros. Lastly, coefficients exceeding 70% will be multiplied by 15 euros.
