Laura María Bajo Rosco. Universia Foundation and Banco Santander launch a call for educational internships for students holding a disability certificate. Successful applicants will be able to gain experience across various departments within the banking institution. The program seeks STEM (technical field) and FINANCE (Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, Marketing, and HR) profiles.
The internships are paid and will last a total of 9 months on a full-time basis. Selected students will have the opportunity to participate in real business projects and will complete their internships under the guidance of a mentor who will provide ongoing support throughout the placement. In addition, #SantanderStartIII offers the opportunity to obtain an official qualification through specialized training, featuring in-person, online, and collaborative team sessions.
Interested applicants must meet a series of requirements, such as being a current student or recent graduate, having advanced English proficiency, possessing the skills to thrive in an international environment, being familiar with digital and IT tools, and being available to start in September 2021.
