Laura María Bajo Rosco. Fundación Universia and Banco Santander are launching a call for applications for internships for students who hold a disability certificate. Those selected will have the opportunity to gain experience in various areas of the bank. The program is seeking candidates with backgrounds in STEM (technical fields) and finance (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Marketing, and Human Resources).
The internships are paid and will last a total of 9 months on a full-time basis. Selected students will have the opportunity to participate in real-world business projects and will complete their internships under the guidance of a mentor who will provide support throughout the program. In addition, #SantanderStartIII also offers the chance to earn an official certification through specialized training, with sessions held in person, online, and in teams.
Those interested in applying must meet a series of requirements, such as being a student or recent graduate, having a high level of English, the ability to function in an international environment, familiarity with computer tools, and availability to start in September 2021.
