Following the success of the three previous editions, Atresmedia and Fundación Universia are launching the fourth edition of the CAPAZ Scholarships, a joint initiative aimed at boosting the employability of persons with disabilities in the audiovisual sector through specialized training.
Atresmedia and Fundación Universia, organizations committed to diversity and the inclusion of persons with disabilities, are collaborating once again by launching the fourth call for the Atresmedia – Fundación Universia Capaz Scholarships, a joint project to promote the employability of persons with disabilities in the audiovisual sector.
In this new edition, 30 individuals will benefit from one of these scholarships, having the opportunity to choose any course from the Atresmedia Formación catalog. To adapt to the specific needs of each student, the courses will be accessible to persons with any type of disability who require it.
The requirements to apply for the scholarships are:
- To be of legal age.
- To provide proof of a recognized disability of 33% or higher.
- To have completed at least an Intermediate Vocational Training Program (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio).
Additionally, it will be positively valued if candidates possess vocational training or a university degree related to Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or similar fields.
Thanks to the CAPAZ scholarships, students will have the opportunity to learn various subjects related to the audiovisual and business sectors from highly experienced professionals in the industry. The Atresmedia Group will fund 80% of the training scholarship for each student.
