Students with a disability of more than 33 percent who are enrolled in universities or higher education institutions specializing in the arts in the Community of Madrid may apply for scholarships for the 2022–2023 academic year; the guidelines for these scholarships were published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid on April 12.
Grants will be awarded based on the applicant's degree of disability until the total funding allocated to this call is fully disbursed. The total budget allocated for these scholarships is €300,000.
The grant amount will thus be determined by multiplying the degree of disability by the corresponding multiplying factor. For individuals with a degree of disability between 33% and 49%, inclusive, the multiplying factor will be €10. Percentages between 55% and 70%, inclusive, will be multiplied by €12. Finally, percentages exceeding 70% will be multiplied by €15.
