Ainhoa Ballesteros Plaza. The Spanish Confederation of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities (COCEMFE) will hold a conference on: Social economy. Networks, entities, and Purpose. The opportunity to build an inclusive and sustainable society. The opening will be delivered by the President of COCEMFE and a representative from the Ministry of Labor.
The presentations aim to address the corporate reputation of companies, as well as the key future directions for organizations to achieve a fairer and more sustainable society through the collaboration of people with disabilities.
The conference will take place on Thursday, March 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. It will feature speakers from various social entities and corporations, such as the Intelligence & Knowledge Director of Corporate Excellence – Centre for Reputation Leadership, who will discuss "Corporate Reputation of Companies and Purpose, Key Future Directions in Organizations for a Fairer and More Sustainable Society."
The Secretary of Finance of COCEMFE will address "The Inclusive Transformation of Companies: Impact on the Employment of People with Disabilities," and the President of the Business Association of Special Employment Centers (AECEMCO) will explain the "Tangible and Intangible Contribution of Social Entities and Special Employment Centers of Social Initiative to the Impact of the Social Economy."
In addition, the Director of the Social Inclusion Department at the "la Caixa" Foundation will address "Collaborative Networks: Shared Purpose and Efficiency for a More Inclusive Labor Market," and the Director of Responsible Business at BBVA will present on "Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Geared Towards Collaboration with People with Disabilities."
Finally, the conference will conclude with speeches by the Secretary of Organization of COCEMFE and the Director-General of Self-Employment, Social Economy, and Corporate Social Responsibility, among many others.
