The FIDE Di Capacidad Foundation is composed of professionals who work toward the inclusion, integration, and professional advancement of individuals with disabilities who hold a law degree. They assist in enhancing these candidates' prospects during corporate recruitment processes by refining their skills and fostering their capabilities. Their primary mission is to increase the representation of individuals with special needs within law firms.
The foundation leads more than 30 working groups collaborating closely with organizations to implement and develop the Guide to Good Practices for the Inclusion and Professional Development of Persons with Disabilities in Law Firms. Its objective is to unite the diverse expertise and insights of its members to maximize impact regarding professional inclusion.
