Fundación Universia has launched a job training initiative consisting of a series of live-streamed videos designed to support people with disabilities in their job placement and professional development. In these sessions, Eduardo, a recruitment consultant specializing in profiles of individuals with disabilities, will seek to maximize the possibilities of finding the ideal internship or desired employment.
Throughout this series of episodes, key factors that influence disability profiles in different recruitment processes will be addressed, including the rights and obligations of persons with disabilities, practical advice and tips to help applications stand out, the secrets behind a strong CV, and the key strategies to excel in an interview for persons with disabilities.
The first open session took place on July 13, titled "How to tackle a blank CV," with special attention given to the chat to answer questions live.
