This document compiles recommendations to ensure the participation of persons with disabilities in meetings, ensuring that information is accessible through sign language, subtitling, hearing loops, audio description, plain language, cognitive accessibility, and the corresponding tools, as well as in the access and use of the spaces where they take place.
In this regard, this document aims to provide meeting organizers with a set of guidelines that ensure baseline universal accessibility conditions, enabling the participation of as many people as possible, regardless of their personal, sensory, cognitive, or mobility characteristics. Accessibility is not limited to physical spaces; it also encompasses communication, materials, and participatory dynamics.
