The State Reference Centre for Personal Autonomy and Technical Aids (Ceapat - Imserso) is organizing the second edition of the “Accessibility as a Right” seminar series, which will take place between September 23 and December 14, 2022, at our headquarters. These events are part of Imserso's Specialized Training Plan.
The objective of these seminars is to provide a collaborative space for discussion, information sharing, and debate on current issues related to the promotion of personal autonomy, universal accessibility, technologies, and assistive products. Additionally, this year’s program incorporates the topic of adapted sports and physical activity.
Across six independent sessions, public entities, private organizations, and civil society groups will address the following topics:
- Friday, September 23: Adapted sports and physical activity.
- Wednesday, October 5: Supported housing models and deinstitutionalization.
- Wednesday, October 19: Accessibility with a gender perspective.
- Wednesday, November 16: Cognitive accessibility: the right to understand and participate.
- Wednesday, November 30: Technology for personal autonomy.
- Wednesday, December 14: Accessible and Inclusive Mobility.
