Alejandra Mercedes Hernández Graham. The objective of the meeting is to promote innovative experiences being carried out in the technology and inclusion sector, as well as to inform attendees about various technological initiatives aimed at diverse groups with special needs.
The conference, taking place on March 16, features the collaboration of prestigious professionals and experts from organizations working with persons with disabilities (NZXT, CEAPAT, Cabify, CENFIM, ONCE, and Travelport) as well as researchers from various universities in Spain (University of Valencia, University of Bergen, and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos).
The conference includes various thematic panels, such as augmentative and alternative communication systems, how to develop accessible websites or applications, app customization, accessible video games, and virtual reality experiences.
The event will be held online via Microsoft Teams from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., offering 0.5 ECTS of Academic Credit Recognition for undergraduate students at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
