The Community of Madrid, in collaboration with Microsoft, has launched a new edition of the Digital Talent Promotion Plan, an initiative aimed at individuals with a certified disability degree equal to or greater than 33%. The programme offers free, in-person training in two highly sought-after technological profiles: Junior Azure Cloud Developer and Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
The courses, which will take place at the Microsoft offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón, will begin on June 16, 2025, offering a total of 40 places (20 per pathway). This initiative seeks to bridge the digital divide and foster workplace inclusion within the technology sector.
“We aim to empower individuals with disabilities so that they can access qualified employment in the digital domain, a constantly growing sector,” stated representatives from the organisation.
Two high-employability pathways
- Junior Azure Cloud Developer (165 hours)
Participants will gain expertise in core Azure services, Python and C# programming, and cloud-based solution development. The course prepares students for the official AZ-900 and AI-900 certifications. - Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant (130 hours)
This pathway focuses on utilizing Microsoft Power Platform to automate processes, build applications, and enhance sales efficiency. It includes preparation for the MB-910, PL-200, and MB-210 certifications.
Both courses conclude at the end of July and are designed to enhance employability in key technology sectors. The training will be delivered in person, within an accessible and adapted environment, completely free of charge for participants.
Requirements and application process
Applicants must reside, work, or be registered as unemployed in the Community of Madrid, and hold a certificate of disability equal to or greater than 33%.
