The ManpowerGroup Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of an exclusive project aimed at fostering the development of diverse talent: the IT Skills Scholarshipsprogramme, in collaboration with PUE Academy. This initiative aims to provide a unique training opportunity for individuals in vulnerable situations, including those over 45 years of age, women, youth, and persons with or without disabilities.
The programme will provide one year of specialised training in technological skills, English, and Soft Skills—key competencies for successfully meeting the demands of today's labour market. Through this comprehensive support, participants will be able to acquire essential tools for their professional and personal growth.
The IT Skills Scholarships are designed to break down barriers and foster workplace inclusion by providing access to high-demand courses that enhance digital and communication competencies. Consequently, beneficiaries will not only expand their technical expertise but will also be better equipped to access quality employment and actively contribute to a more equitable society.
