The program consists of an academic training grant aimed at young entrepreneurs with disabilities. It is an initiative of the Prevent Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering and promoting the workplace inclusion of persons with disabilities.
The grant offers the opportunity to learn how to launch a business or accelerate a newly created entrepreneurial initiative. The course provides 120 hours of in-person training in Madrid from October to May. It will take place at the ESADE business school, the third best business school in Europe, where participants will be assigned a mentor to guide them throughout the process, receive cross-disciplinary training through workshops and conferences, and access accessible networking spaces. Furthermore, the creators of the top-rated projects will receive a grant of up to 5,000 euros for their launch and will have the opportunity to continue through the Alumni and #Powernauts programs, which are also free of charge.
Prospective grant recipients must hold a university degree or vocational training qualification, have a recognized disability of at least 33%, propose a business project idea, and demonstrate high entrepreneurial development potential.
