On April 2, as has been the case every year since 2007, the World Autism Spectrum Disorder Day. To support organizations fighting for this cause, the Unit for the Care of Persons with Disabilities and Special Educational Needs We at Rey Juan Carlos University would like to share this message, and we encourage the entire university community to do the same.
The United Nations General Assembly established this date to highlight the need to strive for true inclusion and to improve the quality of life for this group.
“A Happy Journey Through Life” is the slogan chosen for the 2022 World Autism Awareness Day campaign, with the aim of highlighting the right of people diagnosed with autism and their families to enjoy a happy life.
