The subject matter of the submitted photographs must be related to physical disabilities and must reflect any aspect of the daily lives of people with disabilities. In addition, cash prizes will be awarded for the three best photographs: first prize is €300, second prize is €200, and third prize is €100.
Participants may submit up to 3 photographs, in color or black and white. These photographs must be submitted in printed format—any size is acceptable—and must be original and unpublished. In addition, the title of each work must be written on the back. The presentation of the works will be considered a positive factor.
To submit their photographs, participants must place them in a sealed envelope with the title of the photograph written on the outside and their personal information inside: full name, ID number, address, phone number, and email address. In the case of associations, the organization’s tax ID number must be included. The envelope must be marked: “15th Photography and Disability Contest 2021”
The copyright to the submitted works will remain with the Roosevelt Association, which may use them for the purpose of promoting disability awareness, provided that the author of the work used is credited.
For those who wish to enter the contest, the submission period begins on September 27 and ends on October 8, 2021. All individuals and legal entities of any nationality are eligible to participate.
