The theme of the submitted photographs must be related to physical disability and reflect any aspect of the daily reality of people with disabilities. In addition, cash prizes will be awarded to the top three photographs: €300 for first place, €200 for second place, and €100 for third place.
Participants may submit a maximum of 3 photographs, in colour or black and white. These photographs must be submitted in printed format, in any size, and must be original and previously unpublished. Additionally, the title of the work must be written on the back of each piece. The overall presentation of the works will be positively evaluated.
To submit the photographs, participants must enclose them in a sealed envelope, with the title of the photograph written on the outside, and their personal details inside: full name, national identity number (DNI), postal address, telephone number, and email address. In the case of associations, the entity's tax identification number (CIF) must be provided. The envelope must be marked: “15th Photography and Disability Competition 2021”
The copyright of the submitted works will remain the property of the Roosevelt Association, which may use them for purposes promoting disability awareness, always giving appropriate credit to the author of the work.
For those wishing to enter the competition, the submission period opens on September 27 and closes on October 8, 2021. Any natural or legal person of any nationality is eligible to participate.
