Indra, one of the world’s leading technology and consulting firms, in partnership with the Universia Foundation, is seeking to recruit students with disabilities who are in their final year of study or recent graduates interested in talent acquisition and training related to the following fields of study: human resources and change management, psychology, labor relations, economics, etc.
The requirements are: holding a disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher, an intermediate level of English, and the availability to complete the internship on a full-time basis. In addition, candidates must possess skills such as organizational ability, a results-oriented approach, proactivity, and analytical thinking.
The work schedule would be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the duties would include: working on the talent acquisition team, learning to manage the various phases of the process, helping to manage resumes, reporting data, managing applications, and handling the corporate email inbox.
