The Universia Foundation, in collaboration with Santander Bank, is launching an internship program that gives undergraduate, master’s, advanced vocational training, and bootcamp students the opportunity to reach their full potential. This program offers selected students the chance to participate in numerous projects carried out by teams specializing in DevOps, M&A, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Big Data, HR, Auditing, Marketing, and Project Finance, among others; the opportunity to take an Advanced Program in Digital Business course taught by a prestigious business school; study grants; access to a cafeteria; and a bus route from downtown Madrid in the event that the project is not located at the Grupo Santander Financial City.
Program admission requirements:
- Be nearing the completion of your studies or hold a degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Marketing, Human Resources, etc., as well as a vocational training certificate in technical fields or from a boot camp.
- Hold a disability certificate indicating a disability rating of 33% or higher.
- Ambition and a desire to gain knowledge and develop talent through hands-on experience.
- Interest in being part of an international environment where you can communicate in English.
- Manage the use of computer tools.
- Availability to start in May 2023 and complete the internship on a full-time basis through December 31, 2023.
Terms of the offer:
- Permanent contract.
- Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Full day.
