The Universia Foundation, in collaboration with Banco Santander, is launching an internship program that offers undergraduate, Master's, Higher Vocational Training, and Bootcamp students the opportunity to develop their full potential. This program provides selected students with the chance to join numerous projects carried out by specialized teams in DevOps, M&A, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Big Data, HR, Auditing, Marketing, Project Finance, among others; complete an Advanced Program in Digital Business course delivered by a prestigious business school; and receive study grants, meal allowances, and a bus service from central Madrid if the project is not located at the Ciudad Financiera Grupo Santander.
Requirements to apply for the program:
- Be completing your studies or hold a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Marketing, HR, etc., or a Higher Vocational Training (FP) qualification in technical areas or Bootcamps.
- Hold an official disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
- Ambition and motivation to acquire practical knowledge and develop talent.
- Interest in joining an international environment, with the ability to communicate in English.
- Proficiency in computer software and digital tools.
- Availability to start in May 2023 and undertake a full-time internship until December 31, 2023.
Conditions offered:
- Permanent contract.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Full-time.
