The call is now open for the Queen Letizia National Disability Awards 2023. These awards, presented by the Royal Board on Disability of the Ministry of Social Rights and 2030 Agenda, are designed to recognize dedicated efforts toward inclusion and the defense of the rights of persons with disabilities.
These awards, which were first convened in 2022 under the status of a 'National Award' by the Government of Spain, aim to encourage and acknowledge the career, dedication, and contributions of individuals, as well as public and private entities, in the areas of inclusion, full citizenship, and the effective enjoyment of the human rights of persons with disabilities, paying special attention to women and girls with disabilities, mothers and caregivers of persons with disabilities, and rural communities. This work aligns with the mandates set forth in the Statute of the Royal Board on Disability and the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, advancing these goals through research, social innovation, employment, culture, health, sports, leisure, education, justice, universal accessibility, and independent living.

- Inclusive Culture.
- Inclusive Sports.
- Human Rights.
- Inclusive Education.
- Gender Equality and the Eradication of Violence Against Women and Girls with Disabilities.
