Fundación Universia and Banco Santander launch a call for educational internships for students with a recognized disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%. Successful candidates will gain experience across various departments and projects within the banking institution. The program seeks STEM (technical fields) and FINANCE (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Marketing, and HR) profiles.
The internships are paid (between €800 and €900 gross per month) and will run for a total of 9 months on a full-time basis. Selected students will participate in real projects, contributing creative ideas with social impact, and will complete their internships supported by a dedicated team that will assist their personal and professional growth. Furthermore, #SantanderStartIV also offers the opportunity to complete the Advanced Program in Digital Business course, delivered by a renowned business school.
Interested applicants must meet specific requirements, such as being in their final year of undergraduate studies or recent graduates, having an advanced level of English, possessing the skills to operate in a global context, being proficient in the use of digital tools, and having availability to join in mid-April 2022.
