From Fundación Universia, we would like to invite you to join in promoting the In-Mentoringprogramme, an initiative developed alongside Banco Santander to foster the employability of talent with disabilities.
This online mentoring programme is aimed at students and recent graduates with disabilities, offering personalized support from bank professionals to further their academic and professional development.
🎯 Target audience: University and Vocational Training students and recent graduates residing in Spain who hold a disability certificate (≥ 33%)

🤝 Includes: Initial training and 6 hours of individual mentoring with Banco Santander professionals
