Radia is a training program in digital technologies designed to enhance employability within a job market that demands professionals with digital skills and diverse professional teams. The objective is to foster the inclusion of women with disabilities in digital work environments, thereby increasing the number of female professionals in technology sectors.
- Who is the Program aimed at?
The Radia program is aimed at women with disabilities who hold a college degree and are interested in pursuing training and careers in technology-related fields.
- What are the eligibility requirements?
- Identify as a woman.
- Have an officially recognized disability of at least 33%.
- Hold at least a bachelor's degree.
- Live participation in the masterclasses to be held from September through December 2023.
- Willingness to travel to Madrid to complete the required in-person training and/or to complete an internship in autonomous communities other than the candidate’s home region. Exceptions will be made for absences due to circumstances that are duly justified in advance.
