Radia is a training program in digital technologies designed to enhance employability within a job market that demands professionals with digital skills and diverse professional teams. The objective is to foster the inclusion of women with disabilities in digital work environments, thereby increasing the number of female professionals in technology sectors.
- Who is the Program aimed at?
The Radia program is aimed at women with disabilities who hold a university degree and are interested in training and working in technology-related sectors.
- What are the eligibility requirements?
- Identify as a woman.
- Hold an officially recognized disability degree of at least 33%.
- Hold at least a university undergraduate degree.
- Live participation in the masterclasses to be held from September to December 2023.
- Availability to travel to Madrid to complete the required in-person training and/or to undertake internships in autonomous communities other than one's region of origin. Exceptional absences will be permitted for reasons duly justified in advance.
