The Human Age Institute Foundation has organized a workshop, in collaboration with several universities in Madrid, aimed at enhancing the soft skills of students with disabilities. The initiative seeks not only to highlight their strengths but also to maximize them, in order to boost their professional opportunities.

Soft skills, which are developed through healthy interpersonal relationships, self-esteem cultivation, and self-control, strive for personal growth. These are subjective capabilities that vary from person to person. Some of the most recognized include creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, innovation, communication, and teamwork.

Discovering what makes each student unique is vital to enhancing skills and aptitudes, thereby fulfilling the main objective: standing out in the professional world and achieving individual goals.

The sessions will feature Ángela Periañez, Human Resources consultant and skills trainer, specializing in the management and development of professional competencies.

Upon completion of the sessions, a certificate of attendance will be awarded to each student.
