The scholarship call, launched by Banco Santander together with the Universia Foundation, offers a training opportunity for final-year undergraduate, Master's, Vocational Training, and Coding School students with disabilities whose degrees belong to the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
Scholarship recipients will be able to complete full-time internships across the various departments of the Santander Group for 9 months. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to pursue the Master's in Finance & Data Science, thereby earning an official qualification from the Santander Group and one of the country's most prestigious business schools.
The selected scholarship recipients will be supported by a mentor throughout the duration of the program. Furthermore, they will participate in real business projects to enhance their future employability.
The eligibility requirements for this initiative are: being a current student or recent graduate, having a high level of English proficiency, possessing the ability to thrive in an international environment, and being proficient in the use of IT tools.
The Santander Start Program offers 200 scholarships across different areas of the group, enabling selected participants to acquire skills related to digital transformation and finance. The company will commence onboarding cohorts in April and September.
