What is the Radia Program?
Radia is a digital technology training program that aims to improve employability in a job market that demands professionals with digital skills and diverse professional teams. The goal is to promote the inclusion of women with disabilities in digital work environments and thereby increase the number of women professionals in technology fields.
Who is the program intended for?
The Radia program is aimed at women with disabilities who hold a college degree and/or have completed advanced vocational training and are interested in pursuing training and employment in technology-related fields.
What are the requirements for participation?
▪ Being a woman.
▪ Have an officially recognized disability of at least 33%.
▪ Hold at least a bachelor's degree or a higher-level vocational training certificate.
▪ Live participation in the masterclasses to be held from September through December 2024.
▪ Availability to travel to Madrid to complete the required in-person training (a maximum of four in-person sessions will be organized per year; there are usually two).
Registration Deadline
May 13 through July 24, 2024.
