Scholarship recipients will be able to complete full-time internships in various areas of the Santander Group for 9 months. In addition, they will have the opportunity to enroll in a training program in Digital Business and thereby earn an official degree from the Santander Group and one of the country’s most prestigious business schools.
The selected scholarship recipients will be supported by a mentor throughout the duration of the program. Furthermore, they will participate in real business projects to enhance their future employability.
The requirements to participate in the campaign are: having a college degree, holding a disability certificate, and being available to start in September.
The Santander Start Program offers 200 scholarships across various areas of the group, enabling the selected participants to gain knowledge related to digital transformation and finance.
