Scholarship recipients will be able to complete full-time educational internships across different areas of the Santander Group for nine months. In addition, they will have the opportunity to take a training program in Digital Business, thereby earning an official qualification from the Santander Group and one of the country's most prestigious business schools.
The selected scholarship recipients will be supported by a mentor throughout the duration of the program. Furthermore, they will participate in real business projects to enhance their future employability.
The requirements to participate in the campaign are: holding a university degree, possessing a disability certificate, and being available to start in September.
The Santander Start Program offers 200 scholarships across various areas of the group, enabling selected participants to acquire expertise related to digital transformation and finance.
