The NGO “Aviación Sin Fronteras” (ASF) is part of the “Alas de la Sonrisa” project. This project works to bring people closer to the wonderful world of
aviation to people with disabilities. Among the activities they organize are group visits to airports, flight simulators, and so on.
We are offering a guided tour of the Services and Studies for Air Navigation and Aviation Safety (SENASA), where participants will tour the facilities, classrooms, and control room and control tower simulations, and learn about how SENASA operates and its training courses.
About the Visit

- April 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Number of spots: 25*
If all spots are filled by that day, a second registration period will be held on April 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with an additional 25 spots available.
* The visit will be canceled if fewer than 10 students sign up.

From Canillejas: Bus lines 101 and 114 (which stop right at the entrance to the facility)

Registration for the event
- Those interested should send an email to programa@urjc.es from their institutional email address (@alumnos.urjc.es) by March 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
- Message Subject: SENASA VISIT – AVIATION WITHOUT BORDERS
- Message body: Briefly state your request to attend the event, along with your full name.
- Please attach your disability card or disability determination to the application.
The organizers have informed us that part of the tour—the climb up to the control tower—is not accessible to people with physical disabilities and/or limited mobility.
Once registration is complete, if at least 10 spots have been filled, we will provide contact information for the person in charge of the “Alas de la Sonrisa” project so that you can obtain informed consent for taking photographs during the visit and finalize your participation.
