Mercedes Hernández Graham. The main objective of the project is to establish a protocol among all universities, including Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, that work towards inclusion, in order to facilitate mobility for students with disabilities.
A Guide featuring an indicator questionnaire will be presented at this event, enabling each university to conduct a self-assessment. Furthermore, the steps universities must follow to join this network will be outlined.
One of the most significant aspects of these Sessions is the pioneering creation of a network of inclusive universities spanning the entire European area. Participating in this project will enable universities to enhance their transparency and quality policies, while also boosting their competitiveness.
The Head of the Office for the Care of Persons with Disabilities and Special Educational Needs, Nuria Trugeda, will participate in these Sessions representing URJC, alongside partners from EUni4All-Network, including members of the European Disability Forum (EDF) and the ONCE Foundation.
The conference will run through December 10, after which each university will have the opportunity to showcase the transformations underway within their institution to enhance quality and inclusion.
