Some banks, in partnership with the Universia Foundation, are seeking to hire recent graduates with disabilities who are interested in working in the customer service sector. Candidates must have a degree in one of the following fields: business administration, economics, finance, law, etc. There are more than 40 positions available throughout Spain.
The requirements are: possession of a disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher, an intermediate level of English, and availability to work full-time. In addition, the position requires certain skills, such as: experience in customer service, a desire to learn and grow in the banking sector, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the industry.
The working conditions are as follows: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., a permanent contract, and the duties to be performed are:
- Customer service, including receiving customers, facilitating and organizing customer interactions, and assisting with the resolution of issues and inquiries; operational management of the cash register and other basic operational tasks.
- Document management, maintaining operational and documentary control in compliance with the bank's regulations.
- Promote and encourage the use of digital channels, such as mobile apps, by driving customer traffic to these types of channels.
- Identify business opportunities and refer them to sales representatives.
